Started juggling 1994-02
I started juggling with the same excitement most of us do—learning new tricks. But as time went on, I found myself seeking something deeper—the Zen of Juggling. This journey took me to Switzerland, where I spent three years studying yoga, clowning, and physical theatre, diving into the transformative power of movement, expression, and play.
Along the way, I wrote Pearls of Juggling, a book that explores how juggling isn’t just about mastering tricks—it’s a reflection of life itself, helping us navigate obstacles, embrace flow, and unlock creativity.
In my workshops and retreats, I share this philosophy, teaching juggling as an expressive art. I believe the most meaningful growth happens in nature, away from distractions. It’s in these spaces that juggling becomes more than just a skill—it becomes a tool for joy, connection, and personal transformation.
