Hello Juggling Edge Universe!

We are on our 3rd year of our "North Beach Circus Saturdays" event in Washington Square Park San Francisco, hosted by all volunteers through our Facebook and Instagram @CircusArtsFlow. Our weekly hours are 2-5pm Springtime, 3-6pm Summer and Fall, then we go on Winter break starting Thanksgiving weekend.

We have deep connections to professional performers like The 7 Fingers via the "Dear San Francisco" show at Club Fugazi, but our focus is not performative circus, but rather how circus and creative body movement can calm your nervous system (see the neuroscience of flow adocumentree.com/circusartsflow).

We've found that focusing on what circus/flow like juggling feels like vs what it looks like, this creates maximum enjoyment for beginners, easier learning, often helping us detox from digital screen time. Circus arts flow skill share events also help to build community and unity. People come to learn, regardless of politics or other identity differences, a core value at our event.
