Juggling events in Israel, 2018
Sonntag, 1 April 2018 to Donnerstag, 5 April 2018
http://www.ijc.co.il/Convention/ijc25/
Like every year, the convention is organized entirely on a voluntary basis by jugglers, whose sole purpose is to promote in juggling a sense of devotion.
All the money entered into the coffers of the convention will help to organize next year’s convention, teach juggling as a therapy tool in special schools and other activities for jugglers.
Procedures for entrance to the convention site:
The convention site will be a closed area that will only be open to people wearing a convention bracelet. Bracelets will be available at the registration desk which will be located at the entrance by the bridge at the far end of the parking lot. The convention bracelets are non-transferable and may not be removed and given to someone else. One may not set up tents or enter any of the convention area without paying and wearing your bracelet. Once you have a bracelet, you can come and go as you wish and participate in all events on the main site including the camping area, gym, etc. Please keep your bracelet accessible and viewable at all times.
Community Contribution
Each year the convention makes efforts to contribute to the community, therefore, the convention invites several groups of children or groups with special needs to enjoy a day in the national park, juggling shows and workshops.
If this is your first convention, please note the following:
This convention is for everyone but activities will interest mainly amateur and professional jugglers and aren’t necessarily geared towards non-jugglers.
Jugglers are very friendly so feel free to ask for help or advice. Just take into account that they are there to practice, not to entertain you.
Several workshops will be held every day for beginners, however most of the workshops are for those who already know the basics.
Jugglers provide their own equipment for the convention. Even if there is equipment that is unattended, it belongs to someone so don’t just take it, also if you have any children please do not leave them unattended in the gym area, we do drop things from very high up…
