ينظم cirquenciel النسخة الثانیة من مهرجان Beirut Juggles في 17و18 و19 تشرين الاول 2014 .
Beirut Juggles ھو أول مھرجان لألعاب السیرك في الشرق الاوسط وأفریقیا الشمالیة، في بیئة شبه خالیة من ھذا النوع من الفنون. یھدف المهرجان إلى تعزیز حلّ النزاعات العملي، واللاعنف، والعمل الجماعيّ من خلال ألعاب تتوجه بنوع خاصّ للشباب من الطبقات المحرومة. ممارسة ھذه الفنون مفید خصوصا الشباب الذین یعیشون في مجتمع یبحث عن إعادة الإعمار والمصالحة، وقد شھد سنوات عدیدة من الحروب والصراعات. یتضمن المھرجان الذي یمتد على ثلاثة أیام، ورش عمل تمھیدیة في فنون السیرك، ومسیرات ترفیھیة لجمھور متنوع. بالتالي، سیتمّ دعوة عدد كبیر من الأطفال من المدارس والجمعیات المختلفة أیام الجمعة، والسبت لحضور العروض والمشاركة في التدریب. سیقام ھذا المھرجان في منطقةBeirut by Bike على واجھة بیروت البحریة من الساعة العاشرة صباحا حتى السابعة لیلا . الوجبات الخفیفة والمشروبات متاحة في مكان المھرجان، الدخول والمشاركة مجانیین.
The second edition of the Beirut Juggles Festival will be held on October 17 - 19 and it is organised by cirquenciel. Beirut Juggles is the first Circus Arts festival around the Middle East and North Africa. Professional circus manifestations barely exist around our region. Unlike European countries where child development through arts and culture is essential, access to such activities is very limited to Lebanese youth, especially those who come from less fortunate backgrounds. Beirut Juggles promotes and practices conflict resolution, non-violence and teamwork through simple juggling and collaborative play.
Beirut Juggles is a 3-day festival, where many workshops, circus, parades and shows take place. We aim to receive schools and people from all around the country and give them the opportunity to juggle; why be the spectator when you can be the performer?
